Coaching helps clients through personal or career challenges and helps guide clients to reach goals. Simply stated, the orientation of coaching is solution-focused for current challenges and short-term. I see adults aged 18 years and older. I provide individual counseling to adults ages 18 and older in the state of Maryland only. I also provide life coaching to adults 18 and older nationwide.
